Improving nutrition affects every aspect of wellbeing and health, including how easily we catch, and deal with, colds and flu, how well our digestion works, how inflamed our joints become, our day to day levels of energy, our ability to concentrate and how well we are able to fall asleep and remain asleep, as well as specific conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, mental health issues, diabetes, and arthritis to name a few.
