At Health & Frequency Healing, our focus is on providing a range of services for everyone that will help support and move you back to health.

Lisa works with a range of therapies and after an intial consultation, we can discuss what would be best for you going forward. This is a collaborative process and Lisa is very keen to empower you and involve you in your health journey.

Pregnancy, birth and postnatal period, assisting mothers with adjusting to motherhood and newborns.
Womens health in general including difficulties in falling pregnant, perimenopause and menopause.

With a background in Midwifery for over 25 years, Lisa brings that experience and combines it with the complementary approach to provide a more natural health option.

As a mental health practitioner, Lisa is experienced in working within the Perinatal field, Grief and Loss, Trauma and Birth Trauma. Using therapy and combining it with these modalities, provdes you with a more holistic approach to your treatment.
