With a high focus on all major areas of life, Heart and Mind Society was created to provide a sanctuary of support to those who need it. Everyone is different and therefore you will be treated as an individual while we uncover how to best support you and your goals.

Over the years of work in the field of counsellor/coach, Heart and Mind Society offers a Design Your Life Plan which can be tailored to anyone at any stage of their life. Please fee free to ask about how this plan can work for you and assist with a wide range of areas in your life. This program can also work for couples, families, groups or workplaces. It's a highly effective way of organising and maintaining focus in all facets of life. 

With many years of experience in this field, Wellbeing Consulting and Counselling is tailored to the hearts and minds that Heart and Mind Society serves and collaborates with. There are options to work on a one-to-one basis, or with small, medium, and large enterprises. The focus is to work in collaboration with others to provide practical solutions and beneficial outcomes for all.
