What Is Clinical Pilates?
Clinical Pilates strengthens the stabilising muscles primarily in the spine, shoulder girdle and abdomen. It is used to prevent injury, or to rehabilitate after injury. The Clinical Pilates program is a more functional and safer form of training than Pilates offered in gyms.
The supervised sessions are one on one using the Pilates Reformer. Floor exercises may be given to do at home.
