This package has been created for you to achieve your goals and work on healing any personal issues that may be affecting your health and well-being. When you become clear about what it is that you want to achieve in your life creating a goal becomes easier and more achievable. 

What you will receive in this 6 month package

1. The CTC Heal Your Life Session - This is the ultimate session to clear away anything that has been holding you back from being the best that you are capable of being. 
2. 3 Coaching Sessions - These sessions are tailored around creating a life goal and putting strategies in place to achieve those goals 
3. 2 one hour Reiki and EFT Energy Rebalancing Sessions - These sessions will support you along the way of achieving your life goals and will support you in staying calm, balanced and motivated to continue to work towards your goals
4. 2 Phone calls - to support you throughout your program when a challenge arises and you need my support to navigate through this challenge. 
5. Celebration Session - this is your session to celebrate all your wins and accomplishments that you have had in the program.
