Increase your body’s ability to heal and achieve its full potential through complementary health care therapies.
Welcome to Hopetoun Natural Therapies. We’re a complementary health clinic in Park Orchards VIC that treats injuries, relieves chronic pain and improves the body’s overall function.
Our clinic was established seven years ago by our founder and principal therapist, Tiffany Hodgson, in the neighbourhood of Ringwood. She envisions a warm and welcoming environment that addresses each patient’s needs with honesty and transparency.
Our manual massage and osteopathy treatments will help your body recover swiftly from injuries and restore its full capacity. You’ll leave our clinic not only feeling much better, but also equipped with a deeper understanding of your health and physique to make informed decisions.
We treat people of all ages — children, elderly, pregnant mums, fitness enthusiasts, professional athletes, etc. — who exhibit symptoms of stress, fatigue, anxiety and tension.
We specialise in the treatment of lower back pain, neck pain, joint pain, headaches, sporting injuries, muscle aches, and chronic and acute conditions.
Tiffany has been providing remedial massage for more than 11 years since graduating from the Melbourne Institute of Massage. She has a particular interest in sports massage and is often sought out by professional athletes, gym regulars, runners and cyclists.
She also has qualifications for pregnancy and relaxation massage, myofascial cupping and ear candling.
Tiffany is committed to guiding her patients to a healthy and active lifestyle, hence continuously providing them with education. She herself maintains a healthy lifestyle by playing basketball, attending Pilates classes, joining long distance races, and cooking nutritious meals.
