The initial consultation will commonly span for around 1 hour. Throughout your consultation your mineral status, nutritional status and lifestyle/stress levels will all be evaluated to form a complete picture of your health. Normally a zinc tally test is also conducted around this time. It is also recommended to eat a protein meal the night before and to abstain from alcohol before you consultation as urine testing may also be required.

Specific individual wellness programs can also be created to assist you in focusing on your diet and lifestyle habits into a pattern that will improve your overall health and get you feeling more energetic.
