Why does a smoker continue to smoke? The answer will not be found in the logical, conscious mind. The answer will not be found in chemical substitutes. A lot of my clients have experienced temporary success with things such as nicotine patches or champix. The issue is that these substitutes do not focus on the psychology attachment or the habit itself.
