Our critical mind of which we use only 10% is often governed by our attitude or what we have learned through life experience, whereas our sub-conscious mind, personality has the overriding 90% which is only accessible through hypnosis, as it is through this process that the critical mind is able to be bypassed.
Basically our subconscious mind wants to make us happy and it is through hypnosis the body and conscious mind are relaxed allowing access to the subconscious mind and it is in this state of deep relaxation that the subconscious mind is highly receptive.
It is through hypnotherapy which is a natural state and in which you the client is in total control that the mind is able to learn and take on new behaviours, which are discussed in depth prior to the session.
All hypnosis is self hypnosis and feels very much like that relaxed, I dont want to wake up feeling you have as the alarm clock rings.
