Illawarra Sleep Therapy was developed to help resolve the increasing need for specialist sleep services, in particular to diagnose and treat children, adolescents and adults with sleep issues. I provide treatment of sleep disturbances for behaviorally and/or mentally related sleep issues. Insomnia is the most common sleep condition treated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBTi) and focus.
Illawarra Sleep Psychology offers:
- Consultations face to face at my offices in Wollongong and Thirroul, NSW
- Consultations by telephone and Skype for those abroad (a Medicare rebate is not valid for face-to-face consultations).
Treatments are available for children with behavioral sleep issues, insomnia, sleep-related anxiety, circadian rhythm disturbances and narcolepsy. Assistance with using CPAP is also offered.
