Introduction to Bach Flower Essences Workshop

Are you indecisive? Do you lack confidence? Feel overwhelmed at times? Struggle to manage life’s on-going challenges? Or perhaps you want to explore something new? This workshop is for you!

Learn about the natural 38 Bach Flower Essences, that help to restore emotional imbalances and negativity to bring about a sense of wellbeing, positivity, calm and harmony in your everyday life.

Many people have seen or heard of Rescue Remedy, available in pharmacies and major supermarkets. Did you know that it is a mix of 5 Bach Flower Essences, used during times of stress, grief, shock and/or trauma?

Discovered in the 1920s by Dr Edward Bach, (a Harley Street doctor in London), the Bach Flower Essences can be used by adults and children. Explore the purpose of each of these Flower Essences and find out how they may help you as well as learn how to make your own.

Please note that Bach Flower Essences do not replace consultations with medical practitioners or any medication(s).

Duration: 7.5 hours (9.30 am – 4.00pm)         

Aims

• Learn the history and development of the simple, natural Bach Flower Essences.
• Learn to recognise the properties of the gentle Bach Flower system with its 38 essences.
• Learn how to make a Bach Flower Essence mix.

Outcomes

• Identify a range of situations which cause emotional imbalance and challenges.
• Able to identify the groups, names and basic purpose of each Bach Flower Essence.
• Through discussion of simple case studies identify which Bach Flower Essence may be used. 
• Able to explain how to make up a bottle of Bach Flower Essences.
• Know where to source the Bach Flower Essences.

Introduction to Numerology Workshop

What is significant about numbers? Quite a lot it seems!

A day “playing with numbers” can help you to better understand who you are, your inner self, aspects of your life, how you connect and interact with others. It’s fun and fascinating too!

You do not need to be a mathematician to consider numerology, nor do you need to use a lot of numbers. Is this a new science? No, it is based upon the original teaching of Pythagoras, 2500 years ago.

You will need to be ready to add a few numbers, from 1-9. Find out how these numbers reveal a lot about you. Let the numbers tell a story, your story. Numerology will be used to make your birth chart, find ruling numbers, consider day numbers and arrows of individuality. 

Duration: 7.5 hours  (9.30am -4.00pm)

• Learn a brief history of Numerology.
• Learn to recognise and use key elements of numerology.
• Use basic numerology to reveal your personality traits and patterns.

Outcomes

• Able to identify some of the history of numerology.
• Through discussion and practice prepare a numerology grid, a Birth Chart.
• Find patterns and meanings
• Able to explain a Ruling Number 
• Able to explain the value of Day Numbers.
