Regular meditation has proven benefits on many levels including that of greater emotional stability and improved health outcomes. Brain activity is calmer in those who meditate, and clinical studies have shown stronger heart activity. Conditions of stress, anxiety and depression may be alleviated through the use of a meditation practice.

An introductory class in meditation is offered to allow you to taste a variety of techniques. You will have the opportunity to find what works for you and establish your own practice at home or within a group.
Following on from the meditation class you are welcome to join a group who meet regularly to meditate together. You will benefit from the energy of a group in addition to meeting others with a like interest.
MEDITATION GROUPS
