About Jane

I am a Natural Therapist specialising in addressing the emotional, mental, spiritual and lifestyle aspects that may be contributing to any health imbalances.

 I individually tailor different modalities that may best facilitate change for where you are at and these can include: Healing Intuition (Energy work as well as Counselling & MBW practices), Flower Essences, Homoeopathy, Naturopathy & Lifestyle coaching.

I have had a life long passion for the holistic use and practice of Natural Therapies, living simply & naturally, connected to nature, eating whole vital foods & using vital medicines.

Over the last 30 years I have also incorporated various MindBody Wellness practices as part of my own self-care and love sharing these techniques with my clients and students. Like many practitioners I experienced my own health issues and the changes that happened from lifestyle changes and natural trherapies/Modalities.  I initially trained as a massage therapist before training as a Registered Nurse. I then went on to study, homeopathy, naturopathy and various energy modalities. I also facilitate workshops as well as lecture at Endeavour College of Natural Health &  RMIT.

My aim is that through self empowering you to live with increased kindness, love and gentleness in your own relationship with self, others and the planet that it is possible to experience greater harmony, vitality and balance. 

I also aim to facilitate clients to increase their self awareness and consciousness to self care needs providing various practices to easily incorporate into daily life.

About your wellness consultation

Your consultation may include a combination of healing intuition and energy work, nutrition & healthy food awareness, utilising a traditional holistic naturopathic, conscious approach to wellbeing. Any lifestyle, emotional, mental, environmental, spiritual, & physical issues / disturbances to health are also discussed.

Wellness Recommendations may include flower essences [Bach, Living Essences, ABFE], homoeopathic remedies; Essential oils; lifestyle recommendations [dietary changes; spending time in nature; healthy eating plans], MindBody Wellness coaching, conscious health & healing tools and referrals.

To facilitate and promote health and wellbeing, recognizing that true health combines vital bodies and lifestyle, with vital & positive thoughts and mental practices, balanced emotions with a practical daily spiritual application. I aim to facilitate continued self empowerment by educating and giving practical tools and information to clients and the community.
