Using Reiki in conjunction with a breathing focussed technique (Quantum Touch), the body's main energy centres are scanned and then refreshed and balanced assisting in the body to effectively heal itself. Universal life force energy is channelled through the practitioner and using breathe, amplified to assist the body, mind and spirit even further.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive type of hands on healing which relaxes the individual allowing healing to take place. Reiki will also assist to settle the mind and create positive shift in personal growth.

Please also note I offer an in-house service for those who are not mobile or who prefer to receive a personal service in the comfort of their own home.
