Join our spiritual art therapy online community. Each session includes techniques to release your creative potential and is themed around seasonal approaches to wellbeing that will activate your capacity for emotional and spiritual expression, balancing and healing.

On offer the first Sunday of every month, each workshop is unique and inspiried by the seasons. The physical, emotional and spiritual qualities of Earth, Wood, Fire, Metal and Water are explored with nature the metaphor for telling the stories of our selves; past, present and future. Come for one session or all.

- Letting go and welcomining the new

- Grief, anxiety, anger

- Over thinking and worry

- Love ... to name but a few.

ABOUT ME Jo Fay Duncan

With so much that is wrong in the world, I believe in being 'the change the world needs now'. And you are the healer the world needs now. It starts with you. And the journey begins here.

I am wisened enough to offer you guidance, inspiration and magic.

As an early pioneer in the Australian arts and health sector since 1985, I have provided a wide range of individual and community interventions using the arts. In particular I have had extensive experience in mental and women’s heath working within Government and Non-government agencies, using the arts as a healing modality. I specialise in a co-creational approach to healing and wellbeing.

With two degrees in the arts, my portraiture work is in various public and private collections across Australia. Among other things I am a qualified meditation and prana-yam teacher. Additional training and experience in the mystic arts and many healing modalities since 2010 have made for a unique trajectory and life path for me.

A life long meditator, I have undertaken shamanic training, initiation and had many blessings for my practice as a ShaWoman.
