In a consultation I firstly take your case (by looking at your medications, past and present illnesses, diet and lifestyle). Then I assess your health problems using Iridology and Live And Dried Blood Analysis. I then carefully choose the treatments and remedies suitable for you, which may include a combination of dietary changes as well as nutritional and herbal supplements.

At your follow up consultation, I always re-check your blood. A saliva and urine test may be needed to evaluate your general health and capacity to detoxify efficiently. I may also suggest a saliva hormone test and /or test for heavy metals.
