I have been privileged to work with people from all walks of life during my career of more than 20 years as a therapist. I have an immense respect for the resilience and power of the human spirit. I understand in this every changing world people often struggle with a range of concerns such as relationship issues, financial issues, as well as health concerns. These can often trigger unresolved past trauma, resulting in experiences of depression, anxiety and low self esteem. I aim to use my experience, empathy and broad therapeutic skills to tailor to each individuals needs. I offer a creative and integrative approach where people can be empowered to move beyond past trauma and create a life filled with satisfaction and well being. I have experience and training in a range of Psychological approaches, including Gestalt therapy Schema therapy, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Therapy, Narrative therapy and CBT Kath works with adults aged 18 years and older.
