After nursing for 20 years, l took a leap of faith and dived deep into Holistic Healing. I know first hand the power holistic healing can have on oneself, those around us and our environment. It is my mission to share the tools l use to bring peace, contentment, wealth and happiness into my own life with as many people as l can ....

Ko sets itself apart  due to its unique location. Set high amongst the tranquil tress of Turramurra, my sessions are already immersed by nature. With essential oils and candles supplied by Australian renowned INOKO, you will find yourself  falling into a deep state of calm. I combine energy and chakra  healing with Reiki to really get to the core of where you are right now physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. This enables us to find what is blocking you from moving forward and what tools you can use to  change your day to day life. Eliminating negative energy and thoughts will increase your mood, vitally and health. Years of study into all areas of Holistic health allows me to offer you services specifically designed for your needs. I will be there with you even after you leave my office. Through my instagram posts and personal emails, your journey of wellbeing will always be supported. I will provide you with resources, mediations, daily routines that will enhance all aspects of your life.

The 2 hours went by so fast. To sit down with Kirstie at the start was incredible. She is so warm and caring ( l know such common words - but she really is) l felt so at ease and  knew l was in the right place. Moving into the Reiki room, wow....l felt so peaceful and connected to something! The music, and essential oils helped me to relax. It was my first ever Reiki session and l haven't stopped talking about it since. I have already sent 4 friends to Kirstie because l can't put into words how incredible l felt during and for days after and l wanted them to experince  what l was talking about. I have never had a Reiki session before, but l went with an open mind. I was instantly put at ease by the peaceful and calming ambiance Kirstie had created in the room. I felt relaxed immediately. The whole experience was calming, gentle and peaceful. Afterwards, l felt like l was floating on air.
