Welcome to Koroko Therapies Kokoro is a Japanese word meaning the feelings of the heart. The meaning can have positive or negative connotations, but we like to think it is the feeling you get after a good massage or a deep savasana. It’s warm, fuzzy and comes from the heart.

About Us

Leigh started practicing yoga in 2009 as a method for developing further flexibility and strength so he could prevent any injuries occurring in sport. He then fell in love with the practice for its introspection and depth.

Back in 2016 Leigh made the journey to India to undertake a yoga teacher training course to deepen his practice. It was there that he was introduced to the modality of Myotherapy. Since then Leigh has gone on to train in Sports Medicine, Remedial Massage, and is currently undertaking an Advance Diploma of Myotherapy at RMIT.
