About Me

I have always had a natural interest for health and wellbeing. As a child, I played games where I was a healer and mixed herbs to give to my patients. My innate passion for herbal and nutritional medicine further developed through my own personal journey battling illness. I gained a deeper understanding of how metabolic conditions can affect an individual physically and emotionally. During my studies, I began my own path to wellness. I discovered the power of natural medicine as I eventually found my way to health. This experience has forever reassured me that significant, meaningful changes can happen through the healing power of nature.

My particular clinical interests are diabetes, metabolic disorders, female reproductive health and fertility. I have treated patients with a variety of conditions including fertility and menstrual disorders such as PCOS, endometriosis and ovarian cysts, skin conditions, mental health disorders, recurrent headache, obesity and weight gain, autoimmune conditions and so on.

My patients have benefitted from individualised treatment plans including herbal and nutritional medicines, dietary and lifestyle advice.

My evidence based approach to herbal and nutritional medicine incorporates traditional knowledge and current scientific research; formulating a holistic treatment strategy that is integrative to modern medicine.
