Grape seed extract is a poly-phenolic compound that is unusually high in plant flavonoids called oligomeric procyanidins - better known as OPCs. Although polyphenolic compounds are found in many foods we eat including: peanuts, berries, grapes and purple grape juice, there just hasn’t been the concentration necessary to make a difference to our health - until now!
