Beach Yoga is a gentle and yet strong style of yoga that uses a unique flow – incorporating moving meditation (Qi Gong), mindful movement, mindfulness meditation, and deep stretches.
Between Beach Access 124 and 125 at Mudjimba Beach. Thursday and Saturday mornings at 6am. (Time changes with ththe seasons)
Beach Access 168 at Alexandra Headland. Mondays at 5:30pm.
(Passes can be used for both Buderim and Beach Classes)
