I'm Christine! I'm passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and sharing the possibilities for improving your emotional wellbeing with natural, safe and effective methods.

In addition to this, I am equally devoted to advocating for women's empowerment and creating opportunities for their growth and success.

Each offering I provide to clients—counselling, hypnotherapy, oracle cards, and bush flower essences—has been personally experienced on my healing journey. These modalities work in harmony to balance energy flow and bring emotional wellbeing within the body. Grounded in an understanding of both masculine and feminine energies, my approach to every situation is holistic and empathetic.

With over 15 years of experience in natural wellness practices, I've dedicated myself to inspiring and equipping others with the tools needed for a healthy, fulfilling life. My clients are living proof and appreciate my ability to simplify problems, which has consistently led to impactful results.
