Step 1 – Your Complementary Discover Session

Step 2 - Your Initial H.O.W.T.O Session
Your coach will conduct a 90 Minute Session called an H.O.W.T.O® Session. “H.O.W.T.O” stands for History, Obstacles, Walls, Timeframes and Outcomes and involves a series of questions that allow the Coach/Practitioner to establish the extent of the area(s) of concern.
From here the Coach then develops an extensive plan and advise you of the timeframes for the desired outcome.
A small fee is due and payable on the day of your consultation. This covers the cost of the delivery of your Coaching Assessment & Analysis. NOTE: Even if you decide not to go ahead with your plan, your Coaching Plan contains additional tips and tasks that you can do at home that will contribute to getting your outcome without the guide of a coach.
Step 4 - Consultation and Tasking
Once you have chosen to proceed with your therapy plan, we will begin a series of consultations (usually no less than 2 hours at a time) over a few weeks or months. During these sessions our practitioners will utilize techniques from NLP, Hypnosis and/or Timeline Therapy®Techniques. You may be assigned appropriate tasks during your therapy.
Please note that these assigned tasks contribute to your development solutions and must be completed within the guidelines of our money back guarantee. Once the sessions are complete you will be given a comprehensive document which outlines positive learnings from your session to review if needed in the future.
Step 5 - Review Results and Task for Future Development
We are passionate about helping our clients get results, and then make sure that they continue to utilise their learning moving forward.
Following the completion of the Plan and the achievement of the desired outcome, your coach will have a final discussion with you and give you tools to continue you your progress yourself.
Step 6 - Engage in on going Month to Month Coaching Relationship (Optional)
