Liminal Space is a specialist counselling service that provides a safe, caring and confidential place to address the needs of individuals experiencing mental health concerns. They may be struggling with challenging life circumstances, including grief and loss, bereavement and other life changes. We offer skilled professional support to focus on mental health matters and whole of life impacts, for individuals and their families/carers.
Our services include:
- Counselling for mental health and emotional wellbeing.
- Counselling and support for carers and families living with a life limiting and terminal illness
- Grief and loss counselling and support
- Bereavement counselling including support for complex and traumatic grief
- Education, training and supervision for health care professionals working within palliative and end-of-life care.
