Lisa strongly believes that we all have the potential within us to grow and heal through our life experiences by building compassion and belief in ourselves.
Lisa provides an effective combination of Psychological Intervention, Counselling, Breath Awareness, Mindfulness, and Meditation to support you in your recovery and growth through lifes challenges. Lisa brings over 20 years of experience to her current practice, and has worked extensively with people experiencing challenges such as:

Anxiety and Trauma
Lisa specialises in the treatment of symptoms of anxiety and more specifically, trauma-related anxiety (recent and past). She has many years of experience providing specialised services to victims of crime and those that have experienced traumatic incidents, as well as those struggling with long term trauma and anxiety symptoms. Lisa believes that we can recover and grow from these life experiences and symptoms, by developing self-compassion and insight, and by learning techniques that support healing.

When a relationship ends the effects can be overwhelming. People often experience grief, anger, guilt, sleeplessness and loneliness. Professional Supervision Services:
Lisa provides Supervision services to counsellors, therapists and Psychologists. She is fully accredited by the Psychology Board of Australia as a Supervisor for the speciality of Counselling. These supervision hours can be used to meet requirements for application to the Counselling College of the Australian Psychological Society.
