From your very first session at Little Bird Counselling, you'll find me a warm, understanding and non-judgemental listener. I care about your story and where you're at, and most importantly, I care about where you want to be.

I know how important it is to work together at your pace, where you identify the areas of your life you'd like to explore. Rather than looking for labels or a diagnosis, I will instead acknowledge your unique experiences. We'll head towards your goals and develop a clear picture of your preferred future.

I take a holistic approach. With your permission, I can guide you to explore and identify the emotions and unhelpful thoughts that might be underlying your experiences. I also look at the big picture of your life, and identify small lifestyle changes that can fit in with your circumstances, that I know can have a big impact on your well-being.

Together, we work on regaining your sense of strength and empowerment, and look at solutions to get your life back on track.
