I use a combination of classic hypnosis and Gestalt psychotherapy to work through the issues you are facing. Real changes is possible when you work through what is holding old patterns in place.

I want you to create a rich and purposeful life. I use hypnotherapy for addictions and behaviour change and psychotherapy for dealing with issues from the past which are still being carried leading to unhelpful patterns of thought and behaviour.
