Very central inner north location, close to Clifton Hill station, among busy shops and two big, lovely parks nearby.

You can perhaps co-ordinate to share the space (with no more than ONE other person).

The room is beautifully decorated with driftwood and other natural elements. It's quiet, has nice northern light, reverse cycle A/C, modest in size, but large enough for massage, psych consults, etc. (Currently used for massage. Massage table NOT included. Other furnishings included / BYO.)

Dimensions: 4.1m long x 2.5m wide in the middle, indented in two adjacent corners, roughly one square metre each.
