This treatment is based on the principle that there are reflex points on the feet, hands, face, and ears that correspond to associated organs and glands in our body; Via the nervous system and energy pathways.

The client is fully clothed with access to the feet up to the knees and hands. The treatment starts with a warm relaxing foot bath. Then the client is sat in a reflexology chair or on a massage table, ready to enjoy their treatment.
