Holotropic Breathwork™ and Grof® Breathwork is a a psychospiritual experiential method developed by Stan and Christina Grof that is based on these new principles. Holotropic Breathwork™ utilizes the healing power of deep breathing, evocative music, focused bodywork, to enter holotropic "moving toward wholeness" states of consciousness.

Following in the tradition of the shamanic practices, rites of passage and mystery religions of preindustrial and non-Western cultures, we create a supportive and caring space in which participants' own inner healer can select the most relevant material and bring it up for processing. These sessions are helpful for people seeking relief from physical tension or emotional pain, an opening of creative channels, or a deepened connection with the inner Divine.

Holotropic Breathwork® is a three-stage process where: Preparation, Session and Integration are all equally important.

I recommend booking your Holotropic Breathwork® journey on a day and time when you have no commitments after your session. If it is possible (but not necessary) have the next day off work to gift yourself time for the important integration phase.

*Holotropic Breathwork® is a specific ‘set and setting’ please go to the resource tab and click Holotropic Breathwork® for more information.  There are some physical and psychological conditions that are considered contraindications in Holotropic Breathwork® please check the list before booking.

To book a Holotropic Breathwork™ session we will need four hours and longer durations can be arranged but are not necessary.  However, if you would like to start the integration phase with your mandala drawing straight after your journey then a five-hour session can be arranged.  Once we have confirmed your booking I will be in touch with more information, including material to start the preparation phase.

You will be supported to continue the integration phase, including a mandala drawing to work with when returning home.

Eleven hours: $400

Individual session:

Four hours: $450
