If you're a teenager or an adult struggling with issues that make you feel "stuck," or if you're dealing with the grief of losing someone dear to you, you don't have to face it alone. 

As a specialist in helping teenagers and adults resolve issues that make their lives feel "stuck," I understand how overwhelming and debilitating certain life events and experiences can be.

Whether it's a life transition like loss, retrenchment, or retirement; a life-altering event like trauma, bullying, or peer pressure; or growing pains like mid-life crisis, burnout, or finding direction in life, I'm here to help you overcome these challenges.

My areas of expertise also include bereavement and grief, where I help my clients to accept their loss, understand their emotions, work through guilt, and ultimately heal with their grief.

My holistic approach involves creating a safe space while working with your whole self - aligning mind, body, soul, and emotion to enhance the quality of your life.

I've been in private practice since 2016, providing a range of services that include life coaching, grief therapy, and hypnotherapy to clients in South Africa and Europe.

I've recently settled in beautiful Newcastle, NSW, and I look forward to being of service to my new community. Whether you prefer in-person sessions or online consulting via Whatsapp or Zoom, I am equipped to support you every step of the way.
