We are committed to making the benefits of yoga accessible to all, by providing classes suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness, health, age, sex, level of experience or ability. Classes are taught in the style of Satyananda Yoga, a system followed by thousands of people all over the world. Satyananda Yoga does not postulate any political or religious beliefs, and people who practice it come from all walks of life.

More than just exercise, Satyananda Yoga recognizes that wellness is a function of physical, mental and emotional health. Every class incorporates practices for a healthy body, mind and emotions.
