In the past 12 years, she has researched what she could do to relief pain in her hips, knees, and lower back. She found isokinetic muscle activation exercises, energy techniques (which she is using in yoga), and Scenar therapy! Scenar is used to relief pain in various diseases and injuries, in sports medicine, and in cosmetology. At the present time, scenar devices remain unique and have no analogs by efficiency. These natural therapies helped her relieve her pain and improve her health.
