MediGYM™ is a studio that conducts a personal exercise service targeted towards mature aged people. Located at the Spit Junction, Mosman (Sydney) Australia.
We conduct three month programs in groups with personal attention and supervision.
Safe, results orientated and research based exercise is practiced. The format consists of a thorough assessment(s).
An individual program is then devised based on the assessment findings, the diagnosis and the discussed goals. The program is then implemented, monitored and progressed accordingly.
Equipment includes Treadmills, Stationary bikes (upright/recumbent), Rower, X-trainer, Chest press, Seated row, Leg press, Lat pulldown, Free weights and many other
therapeutic items.
Service particulars:
Our age group is mostly between 40 and 80, our eldest member is 90 years young. We have one hour sessions, time-tabled for your convenience.
