Mish is a Transformative Meditation facilitator, Reiki Practitioner, Visualisation Coach and Naturopath.
Mish is originally from Melbourne where she first studied her Diploma of Naturopathy at Laws College of Naturopathy and where her interest in natural healing, and in particular healing with the mind, began.
She has done extensive research and reading into how our thoughts can impact on our physical being and even the results we produce and experience in our lives.
Shortly after graduating from her Diploma in Naturopathy, she developed a four week Visualisation Workshop in which participants chose one area of their lives to work with in order to create change. Over the four weeks they steadily applied visualisation tools and exercises and literally changed the results and their experience of this area of their lives.
Having applied these methods to her own life in the area of significant relationship and career, Mish moved to NSW having met her partner who lived in the beautiful seaside town of Thirroul and began her Meditation Facilitators course and Reiki Practitioner training in Sydney at the Awareness Institute.
Mish now walks along the beach, practices yoga and meditation every morning, lives in a gorgeous little townhouse in Thirroul with her loving partner who, being a Chiropractor, is aligned with her healing values and has the pleasure of working daily with people just like you, proving that you truly can create a life you choose and a life you love!! It's simpler than you think!!
Mish is very humbled to work with you at whatever stage you are at in your journey. She holds meditation classes which are warm, intimate and nuturing.
