I completed my Bachelor of Health Science in Western Herbal Medicine from Torrens University. 

I am a member of the NHAA, which means I adhere to professional standards in my practice and have met the required education standards to ensure high-quality care for my clients.

I have a passion for making natural medicine and health easy, simple and accessible.

I believe that there is so much magic in the way we prepare our foods and medicines in our homes, and we can gain so much health and confidence in learning how to take care of ourselves and our families with simple home remedies and skills.

Areas of interest include chronic illness, mental health, women's health, children's health, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum, autoimmunity, gut health, chronic stress and chronic pain. 

I can offer a range of functional testing, and I often incorporate hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA) in my practice. Other functional testing includes pathology, microbiome testing, parasite tests, hormonal tests, + more.
