Many people suffer anxiety and/or depression for years. Often this can results in medication for the problem, but medication can never resolve the cause of the problem. At Accelerated Hypnotherapy and Counselling we have a program tested and proven for over 10 years that gets results in a short period of time through counselling and hypnotherapy.
It takes around 4 to 6 weeks to change the habit patterns of the mind. Our program is one session per week over a six week period and two sets of CD’s to listen to between sessions. One set of 4 Hypnosis CD’s and a set of 9 tracks on what we call our 3 car CD’s. The car CD’s help you understand how you create the problem and how to change your mind. The hypnosis CD’s work on techniques to let go of past issues holding you back. The individual sessions get to the core of the problem. The whole program is like having a personal therapist with you each and every day to bring about the changes. Although Tony gets referrals from Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Doctors but you don’t need a referral to book in.
