Grey area drinking is a significant issue that often goes unnoticed or downplayed in our society, where alcohol consumption is normalised. Alcohol is ubiquitous - it's present in workplaces, kids' birthday parties, celebrations, commiserations, and other occasions throughout the year. When alcohol starts to control our lives in some way, it can be challenging to acknowledge this and discuss it with others, even with loved ones who have our best interests at heart.

I offer counseling services based on the latest evidence-based modalities, theories, and therapies for alcohol addiction. My personal background has contributed to my expertise, and I value respect, non-judgment, open-mindedness, curiosity, and courtesy at all times.

My objective is to provide the services I searched for when I was grappling with alcohol issues but didn't identify as an alcoholic. I couldn't find mainstream services that suited my needs at the time, and I don't want others to struggle like I did. My mission is to provide what would have saved me years of pain, shame, and self-loathing.

Your goal is personal to you, and you have the power to decide it for yourself. As your counselor, my role is to listen to you, offer guidance when necessary, and broaden the scope of our discussions to address other underlying issues that may be contributing to your challenges. Drinking is often just one symptom of a more significant problem that needs to be addressed for you to achieve a happier life. Let's work together to explore these issues and develop strategies to help you overcome them.
