*Private Pilates Sessions

Also known as Clinical Pilates, Private Pilates csessions are ideal if you’re conscious about exercising in a group or you need the one-on-one attention . Similarly, for newcomers to Pilates, private sessions are a great way to get to know the movements and perfecting the technique before moving into a group class.

*Group Reformer Pilates

We offer over 65 classes a week with a variety of focuses and ability levels. We offer a variety of no lock in memberships depending on your needs and goals. During Reformer classes, individuals complete dynamic Pilates exercises using our specialised Pilates machines called “Reformers”. Reformer Pilates offers an enhanced experience compared to mat-based Pilates as the exercise difficulty can be adjusted and refined much more accurately. By adjusting the exercise difficulty, the spring resistance and overall focus, classes can be appropriate for all ability levels from the extremely unfit and injured all the way to elite athletes.

* Supervised Creche

We offer an onsite, supervised creche for pre school aged children week days from 8.30am - 11.30am by appointment. All our staff hold working with childrens cards and are experienced in caring for little ones.
