Multisport Fitness is a home studio that operates from:

6am - 8pm Monday - Friday

Ensure the privacy of working out in a home gym with commercial grade equipment to ensure you get the best results you’re striving for. Sessions run for 30 min in duration (longer by request) and in a one-on-one environment.

1 x 30 min session a week $50
2 x 30 min sessions a week $85
3 x 30 min sessions a week $110

Inside Out Body Scans are also available @ $40 per scan. (measures body fat %, muscle mass, bone density, visceral fat and much more!)

Having a Personal Trainer gives you one-on-one time with a trained Fitness Professional to focus purely on you and your needs. It is also the fastest, easiest and most effective way to get results. The individual attention you receive with a personal trainer increases your awareness of your own body. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, get fit or just feel good about yourself again, it is my aim as a lifestyle coach to help you achieve this.

Your exercise program will then be created based on your goals, the time frame you wish to achieve them in, your family/work commitments, health condition, body shape and your exercise preferences. I will review your current eating habits and offer nutrition guidance & experience. Helping you align nutrition & fitness with your exercise plan is critical to your success. Each session is tailored to each individual and planned for you and your goals only.
