"In the late stages of my pregnancy, I was extremely anxious and emotionally unsettled thinking about the upcoming birth. My anxiety was escalated when my baby was still in the breach position only a couple of weeks before my due date. I was advised that the later I got in my pregnancy, the harder it was for the baby to turn by itself. There was a possibility that I may have to opt for a Caesarean delivery if the baby did not turn into the correct position.

I had a couple of Kinesiology sessions in the late stages of my pregnancy and I definitely felt more confident in myself and felt more focussed and ready for the birth of my baby. I believe the Kinesiology sessions assisted in turning the baby into the correct birthing position and assisted with me being more relaxed about the upcoming birth. I gave birth normally to a healthy baby girl.
I have also had relief from severe back and shoulder pain with Kinesiology sessions."
