WHAT IS NATUROPATHY

Naturopathy, or ‘nature cure’, employs various natural means such as nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy, iridology, flower essences, exercise, counselling and lifestyle modifications to restore you to optimum health, prevent disease states and treat existing conditions.
