ABOUT THIS SERVICE

NATUROPATHIC HOME HEALTH SERVICE is a Natural Medicine Practice. Owned and run by Cynthia Putman, this service aims to bridge the gap between Orthodox Medicine and Alternative therapies.

Cynthia is a Naturopath who has worked in Orthodox medicine for 15 years as a Registered Nurse and Clinical Educator and is now in her 20th year of her own Naturopathic practice.

NOW you have access to a professional who can help you determine which treatment options are most appropriate for your health concerns.

Complementary medicine can support Orthodox treatment to enhance outcomes, or it may be ideal as first line therapy depending on the health issue at hand. You no longer need to choose one field of medicine over the other, rather, both being available is ideal.

YOUR CONSULTATION

In a consultation with me, you will gain a greater understanding of your current health, what your health priorities are and discuss the most appropriate treatment options for you. You will learn more about how your body works and the body systems that need support in order to regain wellness. Individual strategies are created for you with a focus on a personalised treatment regime, education and support.

A full case history will be taken including a Medical and Naturopath assessment based on your physical, mental and emotional health. Together we will also study your diet, lifestyle and environmental factors which may be adversley affecting your health and wellbeing. Once an initial assessment has been made, a plan will be formulated, based on your health priorities. Treatment may include some or all of the following:
