What to expect from a Yoga for Beginners Class

It's natural to feel nervous about trying out yoga for the first time. You might worry about your current fitness levels, weight, lack of flexibility, or a thousand other things.

Relax. It's OK, I promise. These Nurture Yoga classes are designed specifically for complete Beginners. I work to make the Nurture Yoga class studio a safe, welcoming space for you.
Each class then extends that sense of sanctuary as together we run through:
  • gentle yoga poses: for strength and flexibility
  • breathing exercises: for energy and relaxation
  • meditation techniques: for deep calm and stress management
  • As you finish the class, you'll feel bright, fresh, relaxed and invigorated.
  • So why not give yourself the gift of "you-time", and experience what yoga can do for you?

  • Monday 7.30-8.30pm
  • Thursday 6.15-7.15pm
  • Saturday 8.30-9.30am


Class Costs

  • Casual Class - $18
  • Buy a 5 class pass - $80 (save $10)
  • Buy a 10 class pass - $150 (save $30)
