How will a Life Coach help me?

In the fast paced world in which we live it can be difficult to find the time to properly think and talk through ways to make positive changes in your life. As a Life Coach, I offer dedicated time and space for my clients away from their busy personal or professional life to reflect on challenges and create new opportunities for greater success and happiness.

I have helped many clients over the last 10 years:

  • Find more meaning and purpose in their career

  • Forge stronger and genuine professional and personal relationships

  • Create a better work/life balance

  • Discover how to be themselves at home or at work

  • Manage workplace and personal stress or anxiety

  • Develop inner confidence to achieve more at work or in your business

  • Navigate career change and transition

  • Discuss unpleasant or stressful events in order to let go and move forward

What can I expect in a Life Coaching Session?

Prior to booking your first coaching session I speak to all prospective clients over the phone to briefly discuss your objectives, goals and any expectations you may have. If you feel comfortable we can then book an appointment at a time convenient for you.

In your first one to one life coaching session we will review your reasons for seeing a life coach and your individual or professional goals. Once I have gathered some background information I will talk a little more about my approach to coaching and how it might help you in your situation. If you have any urgent problems or pressing concerns I also set aside some time to discuss these so you can leave with some positive next steps.

How often should I see a Life Coach?

Only as long as you feel you are making positive progress. Sometimes I see clients only a few times in order to help with a specific problem, other times I see clients on an ongoing basis as they make significant and fundamental changes over time in the their personal or professional lives.

The choice is always yours and the work we do must always be at a pace and in a direction you are comfortable with.

I am based in Collins St in Melbourne so sessions are kept to 50 minutes in duration to allow for clients to see me at a time convenient for them, often during lunch or after work. Longer sessions can be arranged, however, sessions of this length allow for clear and open discussion and development of next steps without clients having to process too much information.
