Learn to Meditate course:
The courses are aimed at beginner and experienced meditators and people wishing to refresh their meditation and mindfulness skills and practice. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course:
Developed in 1979 by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn and his team at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program is now an internationally recognised course at the cutting edge of mind-body and preventative medicine that is known for its ability to increase resilience and improve mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
