Trigger Point Therapy

We utilise trigger point therapy via dry needling which works with the understanding that when a trigger point is developed, they lead to neuromuscular dysfunction. Needles similar to the ones used in acupuncture are used to create a response and release the trigger point and thus restoring correct functioning in the muscle.

What can cause trigger points?
