Reformer Pilates incorporates the use of a machine to lengthen and strengthen the muscles with emphasis on postural control through resistance.
1:1 Sessions:
Each session is tailored to your individual needs and how your body is feeling on the day.
As a clinical offering, these sessions are designed to aid personal rehabilitation.
Semi-Private sessions:
1:2 sessions are available, despite an individualised treatment plan. Share the space with another body, whilst maintaining the level of detailed care and attention.
Injury Management:
Through in-depth and personal assessment, Individualised exercises are designed to combine mobility and strength to rehabilitate any injury from daily aches and pain to severe chronic pain.

35minExercise rehabilitation is the use of Therapeutic Exercise to improve functional capacity and assist with recovery. The Exercise Rehab sessions are conducted one-on-one by a Australian Strength & Conditioning Association Certified Strength & Conditioning
