Prenatal Classes

With more than two decades of experience as a Midwife and Childbirth Educator, I have developed a firm belief in the important role that prenatal education plays in developing self-confidence, self-esteem, and trust in your natural instincts and abilities, as you prepare for birth and parenthood. All topics and areas are discussed in a relaxed and carefully placed way, sensitive to the requirements of individuals and there will be set time for discussion and questions amongst the group. Groups are always kept small so that everyone is heard.
